Surrounding yourself with good people loving people, and if you cant do that or you feel you have no place to go you need to stop breath relax your mind. forget everything you know and just be. keep doing that when you feel your loosing it.
Feeling depressed or not worthy takes years it probably started as a kid and you where picked on maybe, then it festers and you mask it for years until you have like this Schwarzenegger Muscle out self doubt and sadness.
so in order to feel good again after so long of squashing it down you kind of need to train the positive muscle. it's hard it's like powerlifting at the Olympics hard but every time you do it you get stronger and the peace lasts longer then the peace turns to joy and it last a little longer and happiness follows soon after.
Regardless of all that people eat shit sleep work and die just like you so don't worry about keeping up with the jones they have their own set of problems they hide from the world
