
Abstract This investigation aimed to identify the
factors influencing on electronic banking services provided by Jordanian banks. Perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust, privacy and security and ease of access are the
factors investigated in this study. A sample of 300 clients enthusiastic at King Abdullah college circles Hospital staff who were responsive bank accounts in alternative local banks in Jordan was selected, randomly. To entire sum the primary data, the psychiatry used a questionnaire design based on a 5-point scale. Results of the psychoanalysis found that perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust and privacy directly and appreciatively influenced upon e-banking usage. openness was found to have no effect upon e-banking services. The assay recommends that an concord the factors affecting e-banking is agreed indispensable for the practitioners who wish further ways of banking facilities in the current competitive environment.
